I am toatally disappointed with idea cellular limited. I have done a recharge of 347 where they told that I have 1 gb internet per day and unlimited calls for 28 days. But after 3 days I was not able to make calls to any network. When I contacted the retailer and he called customer care. At that moment they are telling that calls have a cap that per day I can only make 300 minutes of call and I a week 1200minute of call.
Then I asked them about the unlimited call they told in my offer drescription. Then donot have aa answer and they are still explaining the same cap datails.
Actually this is cheating. I donot prefer idea for anyone. They are the worst mobile network and they have the work customer service. We shouldnot entertain these types of companies anymore.
