Ok first of all whoever still has idea internet service please dont dare to choose this service, first of all they have heigh rate cards where mts is giving offers for the same price at even lower prices, connectivity sucks throughout india, and they still boast about connectivity,
disconnection of the product is the worst part,
they actually charge you for nothing even through you're not using it and later they ask you to pay,
customer service is very bad you to be in the que for hours to speak with the customer executive
data speed sleepy
cost is very heigh
connectivity is very poor
total idea service is very very bad, dont follow the adds they give its just a lie adds
