It was just ok experience with icici bank for the home loan iam took from them. The bank give me a rate of interest at 8.4% and the bank gave me a full approval on the amount iam asked for. The money got disbursed form the bank in a month time. The processing fee they charged was five thoushand. The bank gave pre closure option with no charges it was think I don't like. The customer service and response are average. Phone and internet banking is good but need to some improvement. So it was a average experience that I had with ICICI home finance.
