Worst customer service. I wanted to open an NRO account. There website says, if we fill our mobile number in the form we get call from their customer care within 15 minutes. I tried ten times I emailed to them and finally recieved calls after two days. However the lady on the phone was very unfriendly and without much details she just asked me to call some other number. When I call the other number she asked me to give missed call to the number( which iam already tried many times from previous days) and aprubtly cut the call. Inspite of having a saving account I could not open an NRO account. So I will not recommended to anyone to go icici bank.
