I have used several of HP's smaller personal use type printers. I'll tell you, just like Panasonic dominates answering machine market, like Nokia is king of wireless, so is HP to printing, at least in the desk size market.
Having said that - remember the golden rule grandpa taught you - barring few exceptions, you will get what you pay for. Said differently, ain't no such thing as a free lunch. Relative to the junk epson and others dole out, this stuff is more pricey. And the cartridges aren't pawlee ka pachaas either. But hey, you know grandpa had been around the block a bit and life had taught him well.
