They keep pestering you for buying their premium packages but once they make you buy, their sincerity and honesty drops to the lowest point. This is what happened to me -
Photographer didn't keep appointment for doing videography repeatedly.
On enquiring and pushing they said photographer has left the job
When I asked for refund the customer rep again fell down on their knees to keep the subscription
When contacted rep again for getting videography, she goes missing
Repeated e-mails to Housing.com support remains unanswered
Till date no action. They have usurped my money and defrauded me.
