My daughter helped me book an appointment for beauty services on this website. The ladies arrived on time and were professional. The booking was for manicure and pedicure. the ladies striked as professional, they were conversational and friendly.
But they finished my pedicure ad manicure in just 30 minutes. Anyone who has got these things done, would know that this take at least an hour. I told them that they need to scrub as a lot of dead cells get formed at the heel. But they hardly paid any attention. They were just in a hurry to go home.
But I had to pay full money even for unsatisfactory service. For beauty treatments or service, I will have to think a thousand times, before I book again.
Not happy, if they come at home, they should alot proper time.
Now it has been more than 2 months and I haven't even looked at their website again.
