I am using this AC for 2 years. I am a satisfied customer. I liked its design, cooling capacity, it's technology. The service provided by Hitachi is good and Hitachi people are professional and responsive too. There was some problems in sensor and it got corrected after service person visit my living place. It's not much noisy however can be more made more silent.
