I am using hero maestro from the past one month but the mileage is very poor. Don`t buy hero go for honda activa or avaitor. if you wish to contact cust care @ 18002660018 the waiting is so much high and cust care exe is not speak to you in profession way and they claim of 65 km/per ltr mileage.They used to keep the call on unnessary hold and not provide the proper information and suprisly only one agent is there called abhishek.
negative points.
1) poor mielage
2) pathetic cust support either sales team or cust care or corp office in vasant vihar.
3) breaks get loose very soon need to refix from the local mechanic in a week.
4) poor quality of front mirrors get loose very soon when we need to fix according to our need.
5)pick up is also not up to mark
6)seat is very uncomfortable if drive upto 30km.
7) total body is made of fiber and insurace will cover only 50% rest of the 50% need to pay from own pocket from the very 1st day.
8) head light is not give much visibility at night.
9) horn is very low to the main roads.
10) take long self if the scooty is kept for one day.
11) fuel tank is only for 4 ltrs
