I am having a Hero Honda CBZ star 2005 model but it has just crossed 18000 kms and I have been facing a problem since my bike completed 8000 kms as the problem is like whenever shift in to 5th gear from 4th it starts making a huge sound which goes on with the 5th gear and stops if the gear is shifted.
Although I take good care of it and have consulted witth a lot of mechanics but nobody knows about it and even my bike is giving very gud average of nearly about 55 km/litre but really very much worried about such fault. I have even changed its chain set after one of the mechanics consultation but the problem is still there. please friends help me from this problem because now I am of the view of changing the such bike if problem is not cured so plz help in having a solution of this otherwise such problem will prove very costly to me.
