Have a healthy 6 month baby. I did it while I was
pregnant and didn't have any problems at all. I've
Been taking herbal life almost two years and let me
tell you it has helped me a lot. I only do the shake in
the morning since in person who doesn't eat
breakfast. I also drink the concentrate tea. I used to weight 90 lbs
now my current weight is 70 lbs . I not like my previous pregnancy
which I had gestational diabetes
I only gained 10 pounds in my whole pregnancy. I will I
can say is that herbal life changed my life. In the sense that I don't
drink, sweet juice. Oh and I go power walk, jog and I have being going to the gym.
I was that type of person that could not be exercise because I would run out of breath
right away. and now I am totally the opposite. I love herbal!
