Its been hours and we havent received a single update, no class link, nothing. Shes not even answering our calls. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading behaviour.
Weve completely lost trust in your institute and now we both want our full refund immediately.
I have even mailed to your so called official email id support@henryharvin.com and disputes@henryharvin.com but no response. Your customer care executives has hanged up the call on my face right away when i asked for refund thing Please look into this matter personally before we escalate it further.
