Friend I have used head & shoulders but its not that much good.
It makes your hair thinner and thinner day by day.
Yes I must say the shampoo smell nice.
Another thing is its cost is high.
Plus it dont removes the dandruff completely.
I will advice that you should prefer some other shampoo which will remove the dandruff and not affect tge quality of hairs.
I will say that Vatika is a good alternative as vatika dont make hair thinner.
Its cost is also not high.
Plus smells good
