Hi guys,
Today I am here for giving the review on HDFC TITANIUM TIMES CREDIT CARD, this is a one of thre largest leading BANK in the market I am using this card from since last two years on wards my credit limit was Rs.65000/- at present, this is used for all online and other shoppings also once we spent Rs.100/- we will get one reward point to our card
-CUSTOMER SERVICE:
HDFC BANK customer service is giving good response only and other banks also giving the same lot of services providing.
customer satisfaction is not there as my experience
RATES AND CHARGES:
Annual charges are applicable on this card no offers on this card
coming to the tax issues and service charges are mostly high
we cant claim the reward points to encasement
OVERALL SATISFACTION:
Finally it is not useful for top spenders
more offers are giving the other banks
