As compare to other banks, HDFC is not a good bank. It provides only limited free transactions & after that they charge when you go beyond the limit. There are very less branches of HDFC as compared to other banks say SBI. Even the internet banking is not very much convenient as it is very slow & dissatisfying. Minimum balance should be maintained otherwise a penalty should be levied. Whenever I try to get customer support from the executives, it took so much time & a comprehensive process.
