One gets superb lip service, but when it comes to actually solving problems no one is interested in helping out, the RM will promote himself rather than look into the interest of the customers.
My account is with their Airport Road Branch, some RM will even go to the extent of misguiding the customers so BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL GET SUPERB LIP SERVICE, DO NOT fall for their sweet talk..
