I have saving account with hdfc bank from 4 years. I have my personal loan with hdfc bank 3 years back. The loan amount was three lakh and the tenure period was 5 years. The rate of interest is 16% which was high compared to others bank. The proccesing fee was five thoushand rupees. I was very disappointed from this. The customer service is very bad they are fooling their customers they change their given statement after the work has been done. Their internet banking is also need to improve they are not good.
