When I had taken HDFC Bank Money Back Credit Card, they said I will get a lot of cashback and reward points while I use this money back credit card while shopping. I was so excited and took it and expected a lot of savings through this cash back offers as well as I thought I can earn a good amount of reward points.
But at the end, I didn't get cash back to lot of things and I reported about this to the customer support member and he said get the statement. As I said I don't have it, he charged money for it also and finally stated that there is some problem and he promised me that I will get those cash back amount soon.
But after a week, I didn't get the amount and again contact them, this time those people didn't responded well. I just visited the branch and I stopped using the service of Money Back Credit card. Guys, There will be no satisfaction on using this Credit Card.
