I have worked in HCL at noida for 19 months sec-65. The project manager had no sense and he behave so ruined that no team mates were willing to work under him as he behave so badly or treat us as we are slaves of him, every team mates don't want to talk to him. He forces eveyone to stretch their working hour even all of us done with their job he wants to clear or complete the project before delivery date.
Salary was fine and job was well secure till you don't do any awefull activity at thd company premises, if j talk about the increment it was not quite good we have completed two projects that we have delivered in 18 months and got completed within 15.Even then the increment was not as expected. CEO rating was fine.
