Being a relatively new Harry Potter fan, I saw the first movie just out of curiosity last year. That was all it took and I was hooked! I started reading the books and finding out all I could about this new phenomenon. Naturally I couldnt WAIT for the Chamber of Secrets to be released! (I had to go on opening night even!)
The Chamber of Secrets is everything the first movie was and MORE! The first movie was just basically a really good introduction of who everyone was and how Hogwarts came to be - the Chamber of Secrets's plot and special effects had me on the edge of my seat the whole way through! You learn a lot more about Voldemort in this movie, and if youre in any way squeamish when it comes to spiders and snakes, be forewarned before going to see this movie.
All in all, the anticipation and hype was all worth it, and I'll see it again and again - NOW I cant wait for the VHS/DVD to come out!! TWO THUMBS WAY WAY UP!! :)
