The connection speed is very good I am using 1 mbps unlimited plan for last 4 years. It gives download speed of 120kbps constant which is very good.
I am gamer I play games on this internet like counterstrike global offensive I get ping of 20 on indian server which is very good

Service is also good when I go for complain it resolve in 30 minute automatically then also one service man comes to house within 24 hours

This is the point I dislike most customer care executive is not well trained they give rude answer often they also put phone on hold upto 15 minute. Which is not good thing they often intraction with each other while phone of customer is runnig
Over all it is good service provider lf internet if they trained their executive they are perfect
