I had a very disappointing experience with Green Tree Immigration. During my very first consultation, I clearly laid out my background, pros and cons, and asked for honest guidance on which country would be a suitable fit for immigration. Despite raising valid concerns about the Canadian job market and ongoing recession, I was strongly advised to apply for Canada. They convinced me that it was the best option and pushed me to pay ₹;1, 00, 000 upfront, which included job search assistance.
I registered in February 2024, trusting their professional guidance. I even followed up twice to reassess the viability of the Canadian pathway, especially as economic conditions worsened and job prospects seemed grim. Each time, I was reassured that everything was on track and there was no reason to worry.
Only recently was I informed that my chances were slim due to low CRS scores at the time of registration and that the cut-off scores have now gone even higher. This crucial information was never disclosed to me during registration. Had I known how limited my chances actually were, I would have reconsidered or chosen a different route entirely.
As an experienced immigration firm, Green Tree should prioritize transparency and ethical guidance. Instead, it felt like the focus was solely on securing the registration fee. As a result of their poor advice, I've lost both my hard-earned money and over a year of valuable time.
When I asked to speak to someone from senior management to request at least a partial refundconsidering the minimal and unhelpful service I received, I was denied. No accountability. No willingness to even discuss a resolution.
Please don't be misled by the glowing 5-star Google reviews they do not reflect the reality I faced. I would not recommend Green Tree Immigration to anyone seeking honest and effective immigration support.
My attending officer was Nasrin and Sudarshan who are not bothered to update me. Nasrin who was my counselor when I approached Green Tree, trapped me just to finish her target.
End of the day everyone in Green Tree Immigration are robbers & stealers.
