Never ever buy from Green dust. Green dust is the company is selling @ very cheap rate. I have purchased solo microwave oven from the Green dust web site (invoice no 66376) on 11th January 2013 through courier the product was delivered .The product which I have received is not under warranty. After repeated reminders sales engineer has visited.
The moment he plugged in microwave and pressed on START button entire building power went off .Engineer has told me that product is defective and they will refund the amount or replace with other one but till March 2, 2013 they have not done anything .I called customer care several times and had a word with Mr sonu chandela repeatedly but he has not done anything till date . Very frustrating
