I purchased Greenchef Chandini Double Burner from Sri Mahalakshmi home appliances Bangalore. I purchased at the time of New year, so I got the offer of nonstick tawa as a free gift. The look of the stove is good but I am often getting the complaint of low flame. It makes me trouble at the morning school time breakfast preparation.
I got the warranty card with the warranty of two years from the date of purchase. Their service is some what satisfactory. When free service overs, I should pay Rd 160 for service.
The problem of low flame states again with in a month, but the service person says that you are spilling the food items on the burner that is the reason for the problem. Then I started doing cooking carefully without spilling but the same problem again, I lost my patients and going to change to my stove soon.
