My review is not based on today's experience but this is the 2nd time you have failed to live up to expectations.
Order Number: SLP357332682 Docket No: UNISNPCXXXX480
Morning I received a SMS that you will deliver my product today. You will call me before delivering. So I told my younger brother to stay at home so that your delivery guy do not find lock.
Till 5 PM I did not get any call, so I tracked my order via your live tracking system and it shown me that biker is roaming around in my locality from last 3 hours. The status was Out for Delivery.
Again I checked at 05:40 PM and I saw that biker was still in my area an hour ago but now status was Failed to deliver, will be reattempted.
05:50 - I called your customer care and made her aware of situation. She assured me that it will be delivered today as status is still out for delivery. The guys are out till 8 PM for delivery. I requested her to provide me the biker's number, officer address so that I can go and collect my parcel but she apologized.
06:30 - I again called up customer care asking for delivery but she apologized and told me that I wasn't available at my home so delivery couldn't done. She will try again in 48 hours. So I questioned her that why did your biker did not ring up my mobile. She was answer less and hopeless at the same time. I again requested her to provide me biker number / office address so that I can go and collect my package. If that's not possible, I asked her if she can take that biker on conference however she apologized that details are not with her.
C'mon are you running a secret service agency and your bikers are secret agents. You don't have office, you can't share your biker's numbers, you can't take them on conference!
Learn from other small agencies doing this job. You are nowhere close to them in this competitive world.
*This is the second time, your biker has set the status "Customer Refused to Accept / Customer not found at home" without my consent.*

In a nutshell
Your live tracking is a system to fool puRobotouchc
Your customer care are helpless fellows
Your internal communication is pathetic.
Your delivery boys(whom you call bikers) are unprofessional and don't know their business.
Worst part is your secret agents and hidden office.
*P.S. - @Snapdeal, any longer partnership with GoJavas will definitely going to ruin your business, reputation and revenue.*
