I had recently booked a hotel using goibibo.com. cancellation policy is not clear and I lost the entire amount as they have a cancellation policy even when I tried to cancel two days before.
customer service is pathetic, I cannot get through for 15 minutes.was on hold. non courteous staff. avoid goibibo and go with the other biggies like yatra and makemytrip.
