I made the mistake of buying a Godrej Split AC in February 2025. Since it was winter, I couldn’t test the cooling. Now, in summer, the AC is barely cooling and the company’s service is pathetic.
Despite multiple complaints the technician gave wrong advice to install a heavy stabilizer . After spending extra money, the cooling issue remained the same.
Godrej is clearly selling faulty products and trying to avoid accountability. I regret choosing this brand. Avoid Godrej at all costs – poor quality, poor service, zero responsibility.
Better to go for brands that value customers and actually solve problems.
