I purchased a samsung mobile phone and paid cash on delivery. The shipment was quick, could be since I selected option of cash on delivery. The product shipped was seemingly in a very good condition.
Next day when I checked with samsung service center about the product, they confirmed that product was initially purchased more than 1 year and was repaired almost a year back and returned to the customer.
They also confirmed that the product is not covered under any warranty. I feel cheated, since the site gobol.in it is mentioned that the product is a refurbished product and is covered under 6months warranty from the manufacturer. Also when I tried to connect the phone through kies it was giving issues.. I tried contacting gobol on their toll free number but no one picked up the phone.
