I am sharing experience of Go Air airlines. I want to go from kolkata to Delhi from go air airlines. I want to book a ticket from go air website.
I do a lot of attempt to book a ticket but the website takes long time to open and runs very slow finally o go to airport and book a ticket from here my departure time and date is 27 November 2017 and time is 3pm and when I reached to airport kolkata and do the formalities complete and now I waiting for the flight
The time of flight is 3pm and 2.50pm I listen and announcements that the go air airlines is late for one hour and still I am waiting and the flight arrives at two hours late and when it arrives at airports and we go in plan and announcements is being hear that it takes half an hour to fly.
And the flight seats are too closed the front seat sink to knees and discomfortable to passengers and the washroom are not cleaned well and the caben crew staff are not well trained. Totally I disappointed from go air airlines.
