Awful shopping experience from futurebazaar.com - an order placed on 22nd Jan has not yet been delivered. My Order 5040390058 shows a AWB no 44924937746 with BLUEDART. But according to the courier company this AWB no does not exist!! Every time u report this to customer care they will say they aar escalating.But nothing has yet happened.
I thought Futurebazaar.com to be a good online shopping portal but their services are simply pathetic, and moreover they are arrogant enough not to attend to the requests made by their customers. It’s been more than a month that I had placed the order and it hasn’t been delivered yet and they won’t even give you proper reason when you call them.Every time you will be placed in a long wait.
Go with flipkart.com or ebay.in or firstcry.com - they are light years ahead of futurebazaar.com in terms of both pricing and customer support.
futurebazaar.com ....simply pathetic.
