I have been using flipkart from past 4-5 years earlier I faced many issues but from the last 2-3 years the services and products from flipkart are very good.
Its delivery services are above all.
Its customer support is best the industry.
The only website in India which is fully customer centric.
Return policy really works and instant returns can be availed.
Earlier we are facing many problems with the products delivered like fake products, defected products, non genuine products, wrong products etc.
But from past 2-3 years Flipkart.com have improved its quality of service, products genuity, customer support, returns etc.
Now flipkart has become the number 1 website for online shopping specially for electronics.
It have improved its app in all aspects and provided my features and launched app for every Platform.
In many cities it is delivery in 1 day but unfortunately not available in my city.
