I have been using flipkart for more than a year now. Earlier it was very good in everything but now flipkart has become a bad option for shopping.
Products - they have a huge variety of prpducts being a very giant company.
Flipkart interface is good but site is slow. Many pages are beoken and show a flat tyre.
They have listed a lot of sellers now and the sellers are selling low quality items bringing down flipkart.
Customer care is also not upto the mark.
Returns are easy but they should give good products so returns due to quality issues are less.
They have lost their class and now I dont like their site. Delivery time has also become average from good.
