Flipkart is one of the leading names in online trading and just because of its satisfactory customer service it has reached this milestone. I personally have purchased many times from flipkart it was hassle free and give the exact product whatever it shows that is without disfiguring the product. The loopholes that I found its services are that most of the time the delivery is not on time. The easy return policy is not so easy but flipkart have recovered it learning from their past experiences and the most important thing that there is often a communication or interaction gap between the customer and the service provider but I think it will be recovered with time. So all over performance of this online shopping service by flipkart is average as per my personal experience and it may vary for others as everyone have their own experiences.
