It was diwali and their are lot of dhamaka sales on flipkart and we were planning for a new tv from my fathers diwali bonus.
I searched many websites but I couldn't find my tv which I have seen in a showroom but at the end finally I found it on flipkart and it is 7k cheap then the showroom price and I forced my father to buy it my father is a simple person don't belive in online shopping but with my pleasing requests he got agreed.
I ordered it 11 days before diwali but it didn't arrived on even diwali this got me very angry and I called customer care they told sir due to some dispatch issue it got posponed but it will reach you within 7 working days after 3 days it delivered to me. We were still very happy but after fixing it is coming up with an problem called overheating. It which it automatically going switch off and automatically switch on. I called the customer care and I told everything to them and they told that they will send a person to check and after his approval we will replace it. I was waited for 5 more days for approval and 9 more days for the replacement.
