I recently ordered my redmi A1. It was showing that it will be delivered in 6 to 7 days. But it took about 15 days to reach. poor service. Not only this. When I open the phone box. I got a cracked phone. I was shocked to see. Then I called the customer care service they told me that it will take about more 15 to 20 days to replace it. I said that you please return the money. They said we cannot deliver the cash. The money will be sent in your filpcart account. You can buy other thing you want. What the hell. I want to request the buyers don`t go for flipcart for shopping go for amazon or other sites avaliable.
