On my birthday, a friend of mine had sent a plant through fnp. It was a rotten piece of cactus poorly planted on a small pot. The very next day it uprooted. Since I did not want to embarrass my friend I hesitated for a day before lodging a complaint with fnp and they coolly closed the call saying they wouldnt entertain a complaint after 48 hours.
Unfortunately, my friend who is fond of sending such gifts would not even know the poor quality delivered. But I will never ever use this portal for sending any rotten gifts to a friend in future. Thanks.
