We have sent a courier containing 60 Books to UK through FASTWAY WORLDWIDE COURIER INDIA. The AWB. No 11110150. Booked on 24/10/2014.
Till now the product has not delivered. when contacted Fastway couriers, I got the following message from them:
I spoke with the consignee and he is delivered totally to the different address So nothing can be done from our end now and you have to request to your customer to
collect the package from the above address .
Once we sent a Harmonium, when it was delivered it was fully broken beyond repair, when we contacted Fastway courier they said it happened in transit so nothing can be done. just waste of money and lost our item
Worst people to deal with never use their service.
VERY POOR SERVICE, not trust worthy.
NO response after they collect money and products/items to courier.
