It's almost 4 months since I paid money to them, till now not a single enquiry, they would promise a lot about SEO but will not do any thing.
The best part is when I started complaining about my account this is what my account manager was asking me.
who you have paid the money, why you don't remember his name etc.
He received my file today only and will work on it and revert back to me.
instead of asking me about the issue, this guy was talking like some govt employee.
after completion of 11 months, no order or enquiry from exporterindia.
Got a call again from exporfterindia, recorded also I wish if I could upload the recording here.
this sales person who called today, some of his words.
Sir, the plan which you have taken is tuccha plan, do you this that you can get orders of around 1 lac by paying just 21000 Rs.
you should upgrade to higher plan, the plan which you have taken will not get you orders more then 10K(to which I said I did not even go that). These plans are taken by retailers who feels happy when they get small orders.
3. Do you know the cost of domain, cost of running the website, cost of design, we have given you website, you think that you will get every thing in such small amount.
My reply: then why don't you scrap this plan and why didn't you tell me before when you were trapping me in this plan.
Anyways, he was partly right that I was fooled by them, but I was surprised what kind of sales exec he was, to sell upgraded plan he openly agreed that lower plans are waste of money. The language he was using was so bad, you need to listen to it to believe it.
I am done with Exporterindia anyways and lost my 20K.
