The condition of drinking water in our country is pathetic, so there are many companies making hell lot of money on water purifying machine. Every month there are new products in the market boosting to be the better then the existing brand, and so after getting infected from jaundice we decided to purchase Aqua guard water purifier for our house. During the time of purchasing the men at Eureka Forbes promise all the big things like warranty on site, free service for 2 years and many more good things, but to my disbelief the problem stared from the very first day itself. At the time of installation their service engineer just was too rigid and he could not install the machine even after 5 hrs. So we have to call our local men to do the installation of the machine. After 6 months as in terms of service we called them to do the half yearly maintenance but they never turn up until we called them more then 10 times.And when the service men turn up all he did was just to splashed some water on the wax and nothing else everything just took him 2 minutes to do the service. I don ‘t’ like the products and their service is pathetic.
