I Bought Terabyte wireless mouse from ebay against PaisaPay ID: 42764603825 dt. June 5, 2016.
The product was received on 7th June. The product was received in un-serviceable/non working condition. Immediately ebay was contacted and ebay guarantee having claim ID no. 2054883 was opened.
Today I have received a reply from ebay saying:'**After conducting a thorough investigation and review of your claim, we have found that the item was received by you was as per the listing description updated by the seller on our website. This claim filed is out of our eligibility criteria and we will have to unfortunately deny the claim.'*
I just fail to understand how ebay has come to this conclusion without checking and testing the product.
This is giving an impression that ebay is a dishonest and cheat company who are selling substandard and un-serviceable products in connivance with their sellers.
I never expected such a illogical reply from a multinational company.
