It was my first shopping experience at eBay. I heard of eBay so I thought I should try it. I bought a puma shoes of 3500 rupees. They have delivered the order in 4 days. Delivery of eBay it's very quick. The shoes was looking good and genuine but sole was not in very good condition it was like someone stick it to shoes . After 12 days the sole of the shoes get detached. I tried to contact customer care service but they didn't respond. Finally, they replied to my query of asking for refund. They said someone will come to pickup the shoes in 5 days. This is now 16th day and still no one came for pickup.
