Ebay really sucks. In Amazon or Flipkart we can find things with good quality things with a reasonable price. On the other hand eBay delivers very cheap and low quality second hand things which are not even worth buying. Moreover it keeps on changing the layout of the webpage and confuses the buyer. The second hand item tag for an item is not clearly written sometimes and this leads a new buyer to make mistake.
The return policy is not customer favourable. Some old items haven't even have any return guarantee.
I bought 'One Indian Girl' a few months back. It was delivered one day late than the expected time and the product quality was horrible. Later I returned it. The return and refund procedure wasn't smooth though.
To be honest, it surprises me how eBay is still surviving the competitive market.
