I booked a Easy Cab trip on March 3rd from Arekere Main Gate signal to Yesvantpur Railway station for 14.20 Pickup. They sent me confirmation sms with all the details(Booking ID: A030400043, Car No: KA 02 AD 5040). Chauffeur was supposed to report at least 15 min before pick up time. Chauffeur did not turned up. We kept continuously calling him but he did not pick up our call. We call the customer care no, they promised me to get back within 2/3/ minutes. Nothing happened. We waited till 14.50 and risk of missing the train was increasing as we had a train at 16.45. So we had no option but booked a taxiforsure cab from their app and somehow managed to reach in time.
This kind of unreliable service is completely unacceptable in today's age. If Easycab does not improve their quality of service, then God help them. At least I am not going to take Easy Cab in future.
