Where do I even start.
I booked my flights with this company through Google Flights, paid the full amount they showed (563) for my return flight and got a booking reference (PNR-ZWM4ES).
After that, everything went downhill. They started calling me after a couple of hours and suddenly said the price had gone up and I needed to pay another 132. Excuse me? I already paid what was shown online.
I tried to ask for a refund as I am entitled to after they misrepresented the price of the flights and I have since been ignored.
Which is laughable because when at first I was asking them about the price difference to be paid they were hugely responsive!
They then tried to tell me that I could not get a refund. But I have reminded them that my ticket only says non refundable once ticket issued - the tickets has not been issued yet.
They have completely ignored my messages since I asked for a refund. The company has stopped replying to my emails.
I feel scammed, stressed and helpless. Companies like this should not be allowed to advertise through Google.
Please save yourself the headache and stay away
