EaseMyTrip_Care is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I want to share my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with EaseMyTrip.


On Thursday, I booked a flight to Phuket (Booking ID: EMT160020822). My amount was deducted immediately, and the payment was confirmed. However, within a few minutes, I noticed that I had not received any confirmation or PNR from the airline. When I contacted EaseMyTrip customer support, I was informed that my booking was cancelled by the airline.


This is not the first time this has happened.


Previously, I had booked a flight to Dubai through EaseMyTrip (Booking ID: EMT158483797), and the exact same thing occurred. The amount was deducted, the booking was shown as confirmed, and later they claimed the airline cancelled it. After waiting several days for my refund, they even deducted around ₹500 without proper explanation.


Because of these repeated issues, I had no money left to rebook my flights. I was forced to borrow money from a friend and book directly with the airline, where I received an immediate confirmation and valid ticket clearly showing that the issue was NOT with the airline.


Now again, with booking ID EMT160020822, my money has still not been refunded. I will update how much they deduct this time as well.


At this point, I genuinely feel this is turning into a pattern if not a scam, then extremely irresponsible handling of customers money. I wonder how many other people are facing the same issue and how much money EaseMyTrip is holding like this.


I strongly request that trusted government authorities investigate these repeated booking cancelled by airline claims.


Many people like me are losing money temporarily, facing deductions, and even being forced to borrow funds just to travel.


EaseMyTrip seriously needs to fix this issue or be held accountable for the financial stress caused to customers.
