Hi friends today I am going to share my personal experience what I had faced with this DTDC courier.
This DTDC courier is not that much sastifying courier service.They advertise themselves as a professional but they are full of waste.
I have couriered some gifts to my sister, a week passed bt they did not received the product.
DTDC is a worst and slow service while comparing to other courier service.
They are charging very huge amount from and and they are delaying to deliver that product.
The customer service and support is very poor.
They advertise that is a 24*7 service bt nobody is there to receive our call and replying to the email.
They staffs working there are also not good they are rudely behaving with people.
This service is very pathetic.So dont prefer this courier service.It is fully waste.
