I ordered a plant around 15 days ago, and it still has not been delivered. The order was shipped through DTDC, but the tracking status is stuck at "in transit" with no further updates.
For a live plant, timely delivery is very important, but the delay has caused a lot of frustration. I tried waiting patiently, but 15 days is way too long. There is no proper communication or support to resolve this.
This kind of poor logistics and lack of accountability is very disappointing. I would strongly suggest others think twice before ordering plants here, as you might end up waiting endlessly.
