I had brought dolphin sim last year I hardly used the sim for 1 week at that time I was at my home an the service was average after some day when I use to travel to different places it started it's problem the signal is some areas was poor an in some it was not there at all as to solve this problem I went to the customer care gallery an reported my problem even after one week they could not fix it no proper customer service I had to travel a long distance to reach the gallery after that I stop using the sim now after the introduction of jio the big mobile sim operater are in trouble like vodafone, airtel an maby more where has dolphin is not even in the race an cannot attract the customers
