Hey guys, l am sharing my experience with you all so that you become aware of this that these people only cheat. My husband had applied for housing loan of 20 lakhs with co applicant as his brother. Initially there were no problems . They took 3 months to give us the final decision. After regular follow ups also they never told us what the actual problem was for rejecting our loan. Everytime they would give excuses that someone or the other has gone on leave. All the documents were submitted on time by us. We had given a word to the builder but since they didn't give us the correct information we had to face a lot of problems. One day after 3 months we got a call from them saying that your cheque is ready come and take the cheque tomorrow. After reaching there they said that loan is rejected when we asked them the reason they said we don't know the reason . How can it be that they dont know the reason of rejection. So its my appeal to all dont apply for loan here, they are cheaters and they play with other peoples emotions.
