Hii friend I am shobha rawat and I would like to share my experience with my first ever laptop . My sister is having Lenovo but she suggested me to buy something new so I thought to buy Dell but now I am regretting about my decision. First of all it is not at all user friendly nor it is reliable . I think what I like in it is its eight generation CPU but a brief battery life and a dim display makes makes this 13 inch aspirin a disappointed it could be a great fit for families but noicse and QC concern makes it very poor.
